About a month ago, Josh and I were ecstatic to host MapleFest - an event here in Austin during the city's famous SXSW festival. The event showcased Parker Maple, our products, and yummy maple themed food and drink recipes using them! See photos from MapleFest on our Facebook page here. One of my favorite drinks from the event were the Maple Milkshakes! I definitely had one... or two... or three. Hey, they were mini sized! ;)
Follow this recipe for the exact shake we whipped up at our event - it was a HIT and I am sure you and your family will love it as much as we do. It's absolutely perfect for the warmer weather that's already hitting us here in Texas!
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp maple butter
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp sea salt
1 handful maple cotton candy
1. Place 3 scoops of ice cream in a blender with 2 tbsp of Parker's Maple Butter, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 tsp of salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and top with Parker's Maple Cotton Candy!
